In India, sports is still a flourishing industry, but if you’re under the impression that career in sports is all about fame and glamour, there is a flip-side to it. There is grit, perseverance and immense discipline that is required to be eligible for various international level pursuits. Sports today is no longer about a game on the field it is also about the popularity and the pride it brings. This confluence has turned athletes into sports stars and has sparked a need to skillfully manage both the players and the game.Even if you’re not an athlete but still passionate about sports, it is still possible for you to pursue your interest as a profession.
As time changed and the scenario also, now sports is also considered as a countable and a important part of a student’s life. Alike the old scenario now a days parents encourage their children to get involve in sports or we can say physical activities.
With time urban mentality has also been changed and had developed a sense towards the importance of being fit and active. People know that playing sports is not just a career option but also a process of making a human body fit and fine.
Today’s lifestyle is a bit busy and fast. With this growing world people are also working hard to cope up with the various demands of society that is higher living standards, comfort and luxurious living, providing better education to their children but in this never-ending race we are doing every effort to be the best version of ourselves but one thing that we are missing or we can say not up to the mark and is also non-negotiable that is Health.
Getting good standards of living and making money is a process that will go on all of our lives and its like a pot which never be filled till its edge but there is a way which can help you to get it till the edge and that is by getting a fit and a healthy body. That is why there is a saying that is HEALTH IS WEALTH.
And yes, I agree that it’s a bit difficult for all of us to adjust timing for gym and other sports activities in week days. And it’s not worth if weekends are the only days which are performing with exercises and gym. So, I had found a good place for such exercise and gym things, where you don’t have to spare extra time to reach and you don’t have to pay bills for getting admission and the place is HOME. It’s an easy way out to keep you fit and healthy without going any gym or fitness center. As we woke up in the morning and out of our bed. A half an hour basic exercise and few muscles relaxing and stretching exercise can help our body to run fit and healthy throughout our lives.
